I did my first assessment and I got 6/15 and had a 15% weighting and I was ranked last /38 in a school in the 60's. Before that I used to achieve 18+/20 for essays and my English teacher said that my essay didn't deserve that mark and that I should at least got 10-12. But as the same teacher Is going to mark my other English assessments next year, I have to change the way I write my essays to "please him". So should I change the way I write or do something else. I'm really confused and pissed off

So why exactly did you receive that result? Where did you go wrong?

just write essays prior to your exams and get them assessed by teachers, to improve on them, thats the only way to improve on essay writing
