I've just started my EX2 major work and was wondering what you guys thought about this preliminary idea.
I am afraid it is too cliched / overused. Also, is it intelligent enough?
Idea: A somewhat futuristic society (where females are considered more dominant) in which two protagonists explore their gradual conformity to the society, despite initial opposition, concluding in the death of one character, which the other does not have an emotional reaction to.
I was going to explore psychological torture / Stockholm Syndrome etc. in obtaining the change in mindset as well as the concept of feminism and its emergence / development / position in modern societies.
Thanks in advance for your insights!
