I'd say it probably depends on your elective... cause I virtually have a set layout for tech change, as theres only so much they can ask, but for family, theres a few things they can ask, as it tends to rely on the "themes" in the syllabus...
But if you tend do an essay of the effectiveness of the legal system in response to changing values in your elective- itd tend to cover a few things, also if you make a few notes on a continuous aim in the legal system in your elective, i.e. in family its the focus on sustaining the family unit and how children are of paramount interest... then making notes on why change and conflict occur... youll also have to make notes on the key legal processes and mechanisms involved when dealing with change, and possibly generally as well...
