well if youy mentioned wrong stats you aint getting 98.

Anyways i got 16 for multi, i rekon 35/36 for short answers, and 18 and 18/19 for essay. Whats that, so 87 - 89 i rekon i got.

Impossible to estimate - depends wat they thought of my extended responses... only thing I know with some certainty is that I got 19/20 for MC...

20/20 MC, 36/40 SA, 19/20 external stability,

not sure about Q27, though as i was f*cked with the stats, i just put in inflation targeting, the RBA aims to keep inflation between a 2-3% band, i put that in like twice. How many marks would i get deducted for that muck up?

thanks matey, you sure though? about them stats i didn't put in, it says in the marking crieria uses appropriate economic data and other economic information.
I put in economic information, had a sophisticated response, however the only stat was 2-3% inflation.

I'm thinking that a lot of you are overestimating your essay marks - it might have been ok with teachers that know you and give good marks out for school assessments to keep you happy, but I can tell you the hsc markers give out VERY few marks like that. And before you start getting angry with me, just realise that its the cold hard truth =\

I always found my essays were very harshly marked in school, I don't think he was a fan of my style of writing. Not once did he give out a 20/20 either I believe.

not having stats is -1 or so, as long as you've talked about trends
if you havent done either, it's unlikely you'll get 17 or above

I just really doubt that a marker looks at a paper and says "ahh, stats and trends - 18/20!". Couldnt any idiot who studied do that? I dont know maybe I'm wrong...

Oh and as to the purpose of this thread - 20/20 for mc, 30-35/40 for SA and ~30/40 for essays I reckon so about 80-85 all up

If any idiot could have done it why couldnt you since it was a course requirement?

I got 20/20 in the multiple choice, and i'm thinking ill probably wind up with 85+. I was aiming for 90 raw though, so we'll see.
