Hi, I'm just looking for some clarification on what would count as an "external force" that would affect an individual's perception of belonging?
What's an internal force? I'm very confused.

From what I know.

Internal = things within you- opinions etc

External = others influencing you.

For example a external force preventing you to belong would be if you are bullied.

A internal force allowing you to bellow could be because of your love for a activity.
