ok so i have a slight dilemma.
does sand filtration in the purification of drinking water come immediately after the initial screening process, or after the flocculation process??
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Mass Filter - Rocks, Grates etc.
Flocculation - Adding of Iron (III) Chloride
Sedimentation
Filtration - Varying types of sand
Sanitisation - Adding of Chlorine to kill microorganisms and in Australia we also add Fluorine for kids teeth.
pH adjustment - Water made slightly basic so as not to corrode the concrete storage tanks.
