Edit: The timetable is now final.

Please note that the timetable is provisional. This means that there could be changes between now and until May 23rd when the final examination timetable is released. Please also check your final examination timetable within 24 hours before the exam because there could location changes. Good Luck!

Feel free to use this thread to post up your timetable/comment:

I have my internal exam for Applied Company Law on the 2nd of June, so exams are: 2, 14, 23. It is the most spread out I've got in the whole of my enrolment at UTS!

First year Business was the best.

All 4 exams within a week. So you get 7 weeks holidays.

Its good because the stress period is confined to one week too.

Good luck with your exams!

I have a take home due on the 12th, a take home due on the 16th and a sit down exam on the 16th. All at MQ though!

I want longer holidays too.. but on the other hand, I need lots of preparation time for both ABC and CMS.

got a pretty sweet timetable but it extends almost into july because of tax law. ^to huratio you don't need more than 1 day to get at least a distinction in abc. Was one of the easiest subjects in terms of the required learning ive had at uni. CMS is difficult but again if you've done the hw quite manageable to get a distinction and above with 1-2 days of study.

Thanks for that. I keep up with all the homework for both ABC and CMS, but I'm the type of person that has to go through all of the lecture notes/notes which i've written/tutorial stuff all before the final exams to feel ready.

Unfortunately you can't... Special consideration will only be granted if you have 3 exams within 24 hours.

haha fact that u are doing the pass session suggests u smashed acct 2 i don't think u'll have any problem at all. i had a shocking timetable when i was doing abc and cms and managed to do really well with less than a day of study for abc and well in cms with a day and a half.

I have like a week before my first exam, but I was wondering if UTS has a stuvac? Also the "this is a provisional timetable" notice is gone, has it been finalised early?

It depends on the subject. Subject guides will generally have class timetables and you can see if you have a week off or not before the exam period.

I'm not quite sure if the one on the website is final or not. It didn't say that it was provisional when it was released last week, but according to the calendar, the final is meant to be released on May 23rd.

You should still check your timetables before your exam though- locations could change.

Don't expect too many changes between the provisional and final timetables, especially for the large core subjects. If anything gets changed it'll be the smaller subjects as they have less people affected.

Yeah true.. I've actually never had a change with the provisional and final releases.

In saying that- you should still check it =)

Re: Final Examination Timetable (Aut 08) Provisional - OUT!

i've never had any changes of date or time, however i have had changes in location. so make sure you check it before you leave!!

also my exam timetable is looking like this.

3rd 12pm-3pm - Company Law
13th 6pm-9pm - MDC
16th 9.30am-12.30pm - ASR
23rd 9.30am - 12.30pm - ABC

by far the best timetable i have had thus far. it is quite nice not to have back to back exams for once.
