Is it best just to keep reading my notes or to look at past HSC questions and the sample answers for them?

Thanks.

I would suggest just covering areas that you are not so sure about for now. With the exam tomorrow, I would avoid cramming masses of additional information into your head, as it could push the old information out (trust me, I've done this before :p) Look at some past papers, and focus on the questions you're not too confident in. Get a good night's sleep tonight as well! Don't stress and all the best! :D
