Force band for bb8 (1 Viewer)

Sphero released the BB8 and smartphone app last year. But they are now developing a force band which will mean you can control it without the app or phone.

So would you prefer to use the app or the new force band to control the BB8?

I didn't enjoy using the app that much (maybe I'm unco?) so maybe the band would be better... but despite how much money I waste on gizmos and gadgets, I can't bring myself to spend $200+ on a rolling ball. At least my Fitbit Aria can like, weigh me.
