Does any one know the selection criteria for undergraduate degrees for people that already have a undergrad degree?

I am about to complete a Bachelor of Computer Science at UWS and I am interested in doing another undergraduate degree at a different institution.

I have a pass average, what are the selection criteria?

If I intended to do a Software Engineering degree which has many units in common with a Computer Science degree, would I receive any academic credits?

Has anyone looked into this? What are my options?
