Hi every1..
For this assessment we have this Q:

Q. "With particular reference to case law, legislation and the constitution, evaluate the effectiveness of the Australian Federal governments response to implementing international environmental laws"

Can anyone please help me out? What sort of criteria am I supposed to have? :confused:

That one is pretty difficult to do with specific criteria, and I've found you don't always need to structure it that way anyway.
I would just find out what international environmental law has/hasn't been ratified by the Fed. gov't, and/or the extent.
Then you'd do legislation resulting from that, and cases demonstrating the use of the legislation, most likely demonstrating effectiveness.
And explore what hasn't been ratified, as well as what parts of certain treaties haven't been ratified.

That mightn't be that well explained.

umm well as the assessment is over so we cant really do much can we? cheeky me (lol.. ur a chutneyfaced chutney! hhe!) but yea basically i had legislations n constituion and global summits.. and integrated cases throughout
