Got a late round offer... How do I decline? (1 Viewer)

I just received a late round offer from USYD for Bachelor of Education (Secondary: Mathematics)/Bachelor of Science.

It was my second preference. I was hoping to get my first, but I didn't lol. As such, I would like to decline this offer. Do I have to go in to the enrolment day to do so, or is there a way of declining over the phone or on the internet?
