Running into these problem a few times during past papers.

Firstly does the origin of my graph need to be at (0,0) - if not do i need to indicate something?

Also say if I'm graphing for example, forces vs current on a wire and it doesn't have (0,0) in the table. Do I assume it goes through the origin?

Origins causing me all KINDS of problems...

you shouldn't need to graph through the origin unless u have a (0,0) in your table. I can't be 100% sure but i've gotten full marks in my practical reports without graphing though origin.

Nope, at x=0 you can have y=n (n being any number). In other words, at x=0 you can have any value for y no matter what, so it doesn't need to be through the origin. Your line of best fit also doesn't need to be through the origin.
