$24yx^2 + 36x^2 + 24yx + 36x + 6y + 25 = 0\\y(24x^2+24x+6) + (36x^2+36x + 25) = 0\\y = \frac{-(36x^2+36x+25)}{24x^2 + 24x + 6} = \frac{-36((x+\frac{1}{2})^2 + \frac{4}{9})}{24(x+\frac{1}{2})^2} = \frac{-3}{2} + \frac{\frac{-2}{3}}{(x+\frac{1}{2})^2}$
