For those who have Maths Extension 2 written by S.K. Patel, maybe you can help with this challenging question that i have been stuck for so long on. It's on page 300, ex 10c question 2.

Lol'd math man at your diagram. That's the biggest 45 degrees I have ever seen. Will post an alternative solution (hopefully shorter too!) when I get to work.
