They will demonstrate what has changed and explain the contributing factors, which led to the change.

4. Task Description:

You will listen to an extract from the set text Othello by William Shakespeare. The extract will be played twice only. You will be given 5 minutes reading time and 55 minutes writing time to respond to a question that will require you to explain and analyse your understanding of the concept of Changing Perspectives. You must refer specifically to:

We did something like this last year for Othello.

In doing this, I got 25/25, the only one higher than 85%.

In order to suceed in something like this you have to just know everything and be capable of writing about it. It's not hard. What you should do is go away and learn these things about your text:

• The relationship between composer, responder, text, and context.
• The relationship between the texts.
• The ways in which language forms and features, and structures of particular texts shape meaning and influence responses.

Making sure that you've got nice and unusual texts.

Also, I think Change was a year 12 unit a couple of years ago. Therefore, you can go to the English section in the HSC forums and find the Change section...it's got heaps of great stuff.

GOOD LUCK!

Oh, and if this has helped you, please rep.
