Do you agree with this theory? Since ATAR is a ranking score, because East Asians have the highest average IQ of any race, and they are minority in the country, holding the amount of hours studied equal for every students, they have already outcompete majority of the population without putting extra effort, this is a simple statistics.

Now, giving the extra discipline, tutoring and family pressure on E.Asian students, is it any wonder why E.Asians vastly disproportionately outperform everyone in HSC?

I think you'll find the reason is because asian parents who have the wherewithal to move to another country tend to have higher than average intelligence and earning potential than the general asian population globally.

In the same way the Australians who leave Australia to purusue their career are generally the best and brightest.
