Dont worry about it.
you dont need to.
Just broadly know the evolution of industrial relations reform starting from awards, to enterprise bargaining, to AWA's with perhaps an acknowledgement that AWA's do not exist anymore due to the new reforms.
It will be unlikely that a question on industrial relations reforms will be asked without at least giving you significant stimulus on the new reforms because teachers know nothing about it, textbooks say nothing about it, and the course itself is not policy specific, i.e. it only wants you to know about the main characteristics of individual, enterprise and industry level bargaining.
