Have you ever been? Any tips for good places/bad ones?
I'm pretty excited... But have no idea what it's going to be like

Where about in the US are you headed? I am going soon, and there is just too many hotels to choose from and there is so much to do...

I hear areas like Mexico are not to flash, but regions like California are safe.

If you are worried about Gangs and stuff, dont worry, Melbourne is tens times as bad.

I'm not too concerned about safety or any of that crap [I've been to Europe, shit's crazyyy] I'm just looking for tips about general stuff.
