HDTV Tuner card problems (1 Viewer)

I just got a Leadtek WinFast DTV1000 T tuner card for my computer. Problem is it doesn't pick up channel 7, 10 and SBS. I don't know if it's temporary, if it's because of my antenna or whatever. Any help would be nice.
