i know this is for food tech people but i was wondering if anyone could help me find a recipe for hospitality, i have to cook it and it has to be a breakfast meal with the following criteria:
- must have eggs (could be used in say a cake, doens't have to be like poached or whatever)
- one foodstuff is to be precision cut
- must use a sauce (sweet or savoury)
- 3 different cookery methods must be included
- the meal should be approprately garnished or served with an accompaniment
- food should be plated to industry standard
