hey guys....lol...yeh im only really new here but i was wondering if you guys could hel me with a question i have to write about..

well here it is

Task
You have been asked to write a chapter for a new HSC text book. Your chapter is to focus on reading texts and the values that are found in texts. Explain these concepts and give examples to demonstate your understanding. Choose a television program to demonstrate these concepts.

i dont really understand what to do any help would be muchly appriciated! heheh thanx!

take into account your audience ! thats really important..........
think about texts that have values of what the questions is...my teacher always tell me to remeber these when answering essays etc etc:

What is being said
How is it being said
and the Value of it being said that way...

look at the marking guidlines and look at some chapters of hsc textbooks and how theyre set out [format]
hmm explain ina normal essay?
or like write it as another text type? :|
