Just wanted to know what video editing software you used for you major work film?
I have Adobe Premiere Pro at home, but finding it hard to use :(

premiere is what you should be using and was what i used too. ideally if you want to begin to get a good grip of the software, start doing a few tutorials to get you used to the software - premiere is a vastly superior tool to windows movie maker or similar, and it shows.

do tutorials with fun things like videos of friends or movies you like and you'll start to get a real hang of the software, a few months of this and then editing your major work will be a walkover when it gets to crunch time.

Yeah I used Premiere Pro CS4 for my art major and if I didn't have it there would've been no way in hell that I could achieve the effects I wanted

Anyways what I learnt with this program is that once you have a good concept of the program (mainly tutorials off youtube) the rest is up to your imagination! What I did was watch a lot of videos with a variety of effects (eg fast paced one with crazy effects to soft slow moving ones) and just analysed the way it was done and did it myself as well as adding my own ideas.
