i dunno if i got this thing right...
tokn_black_guy@hotmail.com

if anyone's willing to help me with the long answer that'd be awesome

quick aside: do we assume investment is purely autonomous?

i have a general idea

t increases, meaning leakages increase. diagramatically, the leakage line undertakes anticlockwise rotation about the intercept point. due to more leakages, the economy is contracting (not sure why) which means excess supply. firms reduce output, meaning decrease in income, which means lower leakages..or something

i remember using Yd - Ys approach, it took the steppy up or down between the lines until it reached the new intersection point...but what happens ti L-J model/ does itfollow just straight down the leakage line? why?

all help is appreciated
thanks

the economy is contracting as there is more money leaving the econ rather than coming in.
