I currently have a job, but it sux as i only get one shift a week, and lately not even that...i want to apply for other jobs but i was wondering, should i put down in my resume that i currently have another job, and if i did, and made known to the employer how rarely i work, do u think they'ed take that as a bad sign? ...the place im working at atm i think is overstaffed and the younger ppl get all the shifts ...thanks in advance :)

Its fine putting your current job on your resume. If they ask why you're leaving, say something clever or say the truth, eg it wasn't challenging enough or that you required more shifts etc.

There's no harm in it.
