while completeing an assessment i have been asked to describe a range of dietary considerations for an athlete. during training, and then pre, post and during compeition, just wondering if any one can help me with if i should write all the needs of an athletes diet as well, under during training because i feel these are extremely important but i dont know if it will cause me to lose marks due to its close similarity to core 2. or should i just go for it and add it.

PLEASE HELP ME
