Help with uni courses and classes?? (1 Viewer)

Hello! I'm just starting uni next year but I don't really understand how classes and core courses work.

1. What are core courses? Are they mandatory classes and do I have to attend all of them in one semester?

2. Are prescribed electives meant to be all done within the course of the degree?

3. What do the different levels mean for the courses? (E.g. each subject is on level 1, 2 or 3)

4. Is general education mandatory?

5. Any general information about this would be so helpful because I have a million questions and will probably have more but I don't know enough to ask about it yet.
