look.. before i show any working out.. and i doubt my answer is correct.. but by anychance would the answer be:

y= Tx - 2/ (Tx - 1)^1/2

x²-y²=T²+2+1\T²-(T²-2+1\T²)=4
x²=4+y²

Hint Evaluate x^2-y^2!

well this is what i get....

x² - y² = (T+1/T)² - (T-1/T)² = 4

therefore: x² - y² = 4

therefore: y² = x² - 4

and y = square root (x² - 4)

when u square x dont u get like t^4 and it wouldn't be a 2 + 1 in there ???

expand (T+1/T)² - (T-1/T)².. and see what u get
