Hey Ppl i was wondering what sort of marks i would need to get approximately (percent wise) in and through out year 12 to get a ATAR of 90+

I am not good with the whole ATAR thing so if someone could please explain a little to me and what i should put into the SAM calc. it would be very highly appreciated

The subjects i do are

Adv. English
Economics
Accounting
General Maths
Business Studies
Pdh/Pe

Also i realise they are not 'high scaling' but i would like to know what i am aiming at for next year in tests etc.

Well, as most people would say, do your best. I know this is said over and over, but it doesn't get any truer or easier than that.

For ATAR 90+ well just enter a bunch of marks into SAM. The marks you enter will be the HSC marks for that subject, not the raw marks.

General Maths, Business Studies - you're looking at a high 90s raw mark to get in band 6.

To get 95+ is about low 90s for everything you do maybe except perhaps Gen Maths and Accounting/Business whihc you'd need higher than that to get your overall aggregate up.

I'd say around 90ish or a little bit below that at lowest to get you 90+

Play around with SAM and see what mark you'd get.
