i was curious to know what the top mark in english standard for 2010 HSC was, because im aiming for a high atar (around 96) and english standard is probably my worst subject, my other subjects are math,phy,chem,bio

That said, you can get away with a band 5 in Standard if you smash everything else.

The marks you'll need though would obviously have to be higher for low scaling subs

You do any subjects, you just need to alot better in shit subjects like Drama

count me in too - 93. I got state rank
also, top atar for standard english in 2010 was 99.80. in previous years, its also around high 99's
so its definitely possible
