Selling a massive and chunky folder full of notes on JFK, Man and the Myth.

Would be highly useful and extremely necessary to get through Extension.

How can something be extremely necessary? Either it's necessary or it isn't (in this case the folder isn't). Adding 'extremely' adds nothing to the sentence rather than the belief of the reader that you only have a basic grasp of English.
