Let say i was first by 4 marks on 94 or so, and the second place was 90, how will this be taken into account in the overall moderation process ? Lets assume i dont get the highest external mark?

As you came first the highest exam mark will be your assessment mark and you keep you exam mark so your final mark will be the average of your 94 and the highest exam mark.

If the person coming second is 4 marks behind you then their assessment mark will be around 4 marks behind you still. It could be higher or more likely smaller but it will be around that 4 marks - it is all relative to the rest of the cohort as well.

The 2nd person will most likely not be 4 marks behind. They do not fix your standard deviation so depending on the cohort.
