"Tax agent" to do BAS's (called BAS service providers)... yes it is possible. A registered tax agent to do individual tax returns requires a degree, from memory. If you go into one of those income tax super centre places, you may find the person you deal with may not have a degree but the registered tax agent in a different office who actually signs off on everything does.
