It'd be located on the university system. Unless you managed to somehow hack into it, I don't think you could access it. Just like i cant access your C: drive

Shrug, in the yellow book it says the R:drive files can be downloaded to your homecomputer if you have an internet connection, I couldn't work out if that meant email them to yourself or you can actually access it remotely

No u don't !!!!!!!!!! All you have to do is ftp into the server so:

ftp://sierra.econ.usyd.edu.au/

and then enter ur usermame and the password you have on those comp's and u can directly access all the files in your directory!
