How does -5/3 turn into 3/5 when finding the gradient?

To find a line perpendicular to another line, the relationship between the gradients is: m1m2 = -1.

If the gradient of a line is -5/3, then you need to multiply by 3/5 to get -1, so the perpendicular gradient is 3/5.
