Hi,
I've been looking around for related texts but my concern is how to analyse a novel as a discovery related text in depth, for example, how should I approach the novel. should I write down parts where there is discovery and key quotes. also, how do you figure out what the techniques are?
Also, how to you make the discovery broad enough to be able to mould it to a question?
I preferably want to analyse a novel or poem, because my set/ prescribed text is a documentary-reality tv show. I'm struggling to find a decent related (e.g classics e.g. the odyssey or T.S Eliot poetry as it has substantial themes and depth), because the text I used for my mid-course backfired and dragged my marks down. it had ideas of self-discovery but I couldn't really explain it well and with the question, so I'm a bit desperate.
any ideas for poetry or reading material for related also?
