I was enrolled at UNSW for a degree but now wish to change to Usyd,

Is all i do change my first preference to my preferred course, and i will be considered in the later rounds?

Yes, you just move your preferences around accordingly.

Make sure the USYD course you want to do is your first preference, did you unenroll from UNSW? Because it's probably best to stay enrolled at UNSW until you have secured an offer from USYD
