how to deal with stage frightow (1 Viewer)

ive picked my 4 songs to perform for my HSC, ive learned them, i could probably sing them backwards in my sleep, but the only problem i have is with nerves, nebody have ne ideas to get rid of em for good ??

1. Start performing them in front of your family/friends.
2. Take any opportunity you can to perform in front of your school (DAUNTING I KNOW, BUT IT HELPS!!!)
3. RECORD YOURSELF. With a VIDEO CAMERA. Watch it back, realise that you're probably awesome.
4. Have confidence in your backing track/accompanists.
5. Remember that it's not a big deal... the markers have seen EVERYTHING before.
6. AND BREATHE. Before you go on stage. Sounds simple, but damn it helps.

yu didnt have stage fright in ur trial... so why r u worried???

Everything I said are methods I used.
Did my music hsc last year and got a band 6 :)
I had massive stage fright before, and they all really helped.
