how will maths affect my uai? (1 Viewer)

ok honestly i really dont care about my uai or atar, i just want to get my schooc certificate and gtfo of school
im doing:
engligh - average 70%
IPT - good 80% - 90%
music - ok 70%
tvet entertainment industry - very good 80% - 90%
maths - crap like 25% lol

i hate maths and dont want to study for it cos again, i dont care bout my uai cos the course im going to do next year only look at if you have a hsc and your skill (animation meaning showreel)
just wondering how much it will being my uai down... i think that if i put some effort in ill prob get about 50% - 60%
i need some advide on if i should put effort into maths or not....
and please dont say "you need to put effort into everything" cos i find it to be a pointless waste of time. like seriously, wtf will i need to draw 2sinx3 in a number plane????

it's not the 2sinx that u will need in life, it's the logical thinking. Maths can help u think a little more logical and wiser. Also don't give up, we still have the hsc and u neva know if u put in a little more effort ur ATAR could b ok =)

You obviously do care more than you let on, but it'd be hard for me to give you an estimate without ranks...And maths will bring down your UAI/ATAR by a LOT, because it's a lot lower than everything else and you're only doing 10 units, if the entertainment course is counted...So basically, work on maths, and your outcome will be much better

no offence but u made the wrong decision to do 10 units..its always good to do 12 units as u nvr know which subject you will go good at..
