Hi guys, I finished my trials yesterday and am actually reasonably happy with how I went with everything. Now the lead up to HSC starts, i'm planning to take a week off, then going to get back into some study which gives me just a little over two months. My subjects are:

Advanced English
Chemistry
Earth and Environmental Science
Business Studies
General Mathematics
Studies of Religion 1

Do any past students have any advice on study habits etc leading up to HSC, any current students have any advice on how most wisely to spend my time leading up to the big ones? Even some specific advice on how people studied/will study for a common subject like chemistry? Really wanna kill the HSC :D

Sleeping routines are one of the most important things which you must plan and abide with. You should at least get 7hrs of sleep. This method particularly worked for me whenever I couldn't fall asleep:
-apply aromatic oils like lavender oil on your temples before you fall asleep.
It's called the aromatic sleep therapy.
It really helped me and each morning I woke up refreshed... it really relaxes ur brain while you sleep
My sleeping schedule rn is atrocious due to trials still going on but I'm planning to go back to my normal routine ASAP :)
