You basically need to interweave 'ambition' into the main themes you have understood are common/different in Frankenstein and Blade Runner, it will be more beneficial to assist your understanding of the question if you actually disclose what are your ideas/approach to this question so far and we can extend/evaluate your ideas, this is particularly important since English is a subject language and there really is no fixed essay model/thesis that can get you a band 6-there are many possibilities
