I Do those exact subjects! plus ancient history
But basically just make sure you have all your notes done and summarised extremely well, and do a mass amount of past papers and questions! the more you practise how to actually answer the questions, the better you will get at it. 95 is my aim too btw doing past papers and looking at the suggested answers after has helped me alot so far
