How come the structure of the legal papers change. for ex in 2011 they had section 1 worth 20 mark section 2 worth 30 and section 3 worth 50 and in the 2010 paper section 1 is worth 25 section 2 worth 25 and section 3 worth 50.

Ask the Board of Studies. They like to change the exam format for subjects randomly

its either to make it easier for the marker or easier to the student :S
