Hey,

I was just wondering does you internal assessment mark really matter? Do they base your mark off you rank in that subject.

Let’s say I’m 24th in the subject with an internal assessment mark of 70. Does my internal mark matter or does me rank matter?

And how does hsc marks work, if I get a 70 internal mark and get a 95 in hsc. How would they calculate that. Thanks

The rank matters. If you get 70 internal mark and you came 24th then you will get the mark of the person who came 24th in the externals plus your 95.
SO if the person who came 24th in the externals got 80. Then your final mark will be 80+95 divided by 2.
