in the legal studies syllabus, in particular human rights, [key questions/issues]:

- how effective are legal measures, both domestically and internationally, in addressing human rights issues?

is it possible for me to use issues such as voting, slavery, trade unionism and education, as they are already mentioned in our syllabus? or do i HAVE to use the one i researched earlier in the year?
