So say someone gets 100% in their HSC external exam...

Just as a hypothetical situation!!

But got like between 3rd and 10th in all their subjects. Such as in mathematics, advanced english, legal studies, business studies and religion 2 unit in a school ranked about 150.

What UAI would they be looking at? Would it be about 90??

from what ive heard, u wont get 100 as an external mark, but ull get the mark of whoever came 3rd-10th in the hsc exam, because you ranks stay the same, but ur marks dont. [which i think is totally unfair!!]

im bad at uai estimates, so im not gna give one

I'm in a similar kind of situation... So if I got upwards of 90 in my exams, and my ranks are mostly average, what would I get? Would I have any chance of 80?

I do: chemistry, physics, standard English, legal studies, mathematics (not general) and 1 unit studies of religion. My school is ranked 282...

If you are average atm and get high 90s for externals. Then you are looking good for 93+.
