I need help with a workout routine (1 Viewer)

Well for the next 1 month,i won't be able to go to the gym so I want to create a routine for myself at home.So first of all I've never been before and just wants to get healthy overall by training all the parts of my body (could someone please list them for me eg.abs,legs,biceps etc)
And the excercises i can do for each of them using MY HOME EQUIPMENT ONLY!

i mean home equipment ie. chairs,clothes,floor,2x 1kg dumbbells,10kg box (that i can benchpress??)
that's all i have. can you first of all name all the muscle groups that a beginner should train?

sometimes i do weighted dips on my mums treadmill (the handles) with a bag loaded with 7kgs worth of books
works a charm

unless you're a girl doing some light toning, the 1kg dumbbells wont do shit lol

if you want to get healthy eat less junk food and go for a run

why do you start off with "i wont be able to go to the gym for a month" then say "i have never been"

Try opening a pickle jar. Helps your biceps.

Drinking whiskey blocks all the carbs from getting processed so you lose all your weight and get ripped.
Then just drink a few panadol to thin your blood so your vessels get needy and expand.
Stop taking the panadol and BAM! You have explosive blood vessels, whiskey in your uterus and the carbs are finally unleashed so you can DEFEAT THE LION IN THAT GLADIATOR ARENA YOU JUST BOUGHT WITH ALL YOUR POCKET MONEY.

guys im not trolling and the 1kg dumbbells i didnt buy but wree just at home
and at the beginning that was a pure grammatical mistake and what i meant was i'm going to start the gym in a month
so first of all what excercises can i do and whcih groups will they train?

without any equipment, you can do sit ups, push ups, burpees, just run around etc... there's isn't much more

go buy a set of dumbbells and you can do plenty of exercises

All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're set for a few months (srs)
