Well for the next 1 month,i won't be able to go to the gym so I want to create a routine for myself at home.So first of all I've never been before and just wants to get healthy overall by training all the parts of my body (could someone please list them for me eg.abs,legs,biceps etc)
And the excercises i can do for each of them using MY HOME EQUIPMENT ONLY!
