I'm currently doing a food product development task and we need to focus on a niche market?

Any ideas on current teenage niche markets?

(current because there has to be existing products that already meet their needs..stupid I know..
and teenage because im too lazy to find any other age groups to survey..)

Im in the middle of doing a FPD assessment Task on creating a Pizza

hi cman, i'm currently doing an assignment on FPD aswell.
i have to create my own product and so mine is a pizza kit we then had to create a portfolio about our new product.
is this similar to your assessment?
i am extremely stuck on the portfolio part and just need an example one to look at, if it's possible, can you please send me your seeing as you have finished it?

I've done mine =) I chose muffin as the orginal product and make a line extension as green tea muffin.

just handed my one in today with all its associated shit, including folio, marketing mix, flow chart + HACCP & line extensions. I did blueberry Soup with a raspberry line extension and a blueberry and dark chocolate soup. (better than it sounds believe me).
