If student's mark's change, does everyone's ATAR change? (1 Viewer)

Say a student rings up BOS for a check and they find a marking error, so their marks change significantly, would this mean that everyone who previously beat this student is now below this student, thus they will get lower ATARs? Just as if a school marked ur exam and you complained so you got 1st instead of 2nd ranking for example.

If there is a late change to assessment marks or examination marks, then the whole school group is remoderated. As a result, some students may get higher marks or ATAR. No-one's marks or ATAR can go down.
