It will be indicated on your results. It should also be noted that you don't get it IF you would get a better result without it.
They calculate your results both with the exam mark and without the exam mark and the one that gives you the best result is the one they give you which is why you may get it for one subject and not another even sat on the same day or two people in exactly the same situation will see one get it and the other not - it comes down to what will give you the best result assuming that they have granted it in the first place.
So they evaluate the application and say 'yes' we will look at this further and then give you the best result of 'no' you don't qualify and thus don't give it to you.
